Planning and payment
Our tours are not pre-scheduled, they are a private, personalised experience always arranged on request and depending on our availability. Last-minute requests are risky, however, and will not always have a positive outcome.
We will do our best to be flexible in creating and adjusting tours, so feel free to contact us regarding any aspect of the tour or the changes you want to make. The idea, after all, is to make your experience in Croatia as enjoyable as possible.
All of the tours include tastings of various authentic products. If there are any allergies or diet restrictions that we should be aware of, make sure to let us know so we can adapt the tour accordingly, as we cannot take the responsibility for any such event.
After we have planned and agreed on everything, we will need a 10-30% deposit (depending on the tour) to be transferred to our account in order to avoid any possible last minute cancellations without notice and to ensure best availability and quality with our partners.
Payment of the deposit constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions and is done via bank transfer.
After receiving the deposit, you will get an official booking confirmation. After we receive a balance payment, we will send you the final traveling document providing all of the contact information, times of departures and other necessary information.
